The Copper Bay staff and crew are exceptional. They are always courteous and knowledgeable with outstanding ideas and creative solutions to the problems that came up during the project. Even though we were 1500 miles away we felt very connected and involved in the project.
We didn't want to loose any precious summer time so the project started in November. The crew worked through extreme weather and unexpected obstacles and we were finished before Memorial Day, as promised. That was fabulous! The remodel was completed on time providing us a welcoming, comfortable place for all our family and friends to enjoy.

Ken Hagman is honest, intelligent, and has a keen understanding
