Copper Bay Construction was established in 1977 by Ken Hagman. A lifelong resident who grew up at Priest Lake and learned the trade from his father and grandfather, Ken understands the intricacies and meets the challenges of building at Priest Lake. From its modest beginning with Ken as the only employee, Copper Bay Construction has become the most versatile and experienced custom homebuilder at Priest Lake.

We also offer design services and have built several of our own designs here at Priest Lake over the 25 years we have been in business. With the aid of a CAD program it is now possible for us to produce plans for our customers right from our office at a cost substantially more affordable than some of your other options, while capturing your ideas and designing a home uniquely yours.
